Project description Development study plan for an unused site in the Kelenföld- Albertfalva district for residential and commercial use. The project, which is a private investment project, was granted planning permission in 2005, after the relevant zoning plans and zoning amendments. The tender and construction plans had been completed in complex, however, the project was not realised. The intensive number of apartments justified the intention of the building plan, with a checkerboard-like layout and towers pierced with internal courtyards to provide pleasant ventilation. The intention of levelling the complex mass towards the maximum building height gives a unique, playful interweaving to the autonomous mass of the residential towers. The building cubature can also be interpreted as a wave crest of the dynamics of the nearby Danube.
