“Elegant, sunny, eco-friendly family house for five people. An excitingly structured, multi-storey villa building sprouting from the side of an existing organic-structure

residential building. Simple mono-spaces, interconnected functions, transparency and light effects characterize the interior. Secluded from the outside, hidden from the gaze of curious pedestrians, it seeks to find tranquility in the evergreens of the pines. The design and construction of the building was done with a focus on permanence and good atmosphere. The stress is gradually eased as you enter the solid metal gate from the busy bus stop. Inside, smart home-controlled ventilation provides a clean microclimate. “
