Project description
Private investment, for which architectural and developmental plans have been proposed. Our feasibility plan seeks to create a more aesthetically pleasing cubature than the existing one by integrating a new roof structure. We have prepared a new architectural design for its integration into its surroundings. With the support of a resolution from the Local Architectural Planning Committee, 5 new loft apartments can be added to the existing 9-unit property.
